Options for letting us know what your problem is and how we can fix it for you are as follows
Call – We are available for phone consultations 6 days a week. Sunday through Friday 4 Pm all hours.
Email – we will respond asap during our phone hours and within 24 hours during following a Saturday email.
Photos – this is a great way to get us a look at the problem. It helps us help you .
On-site assessment – if we can not help you with a phone or email response we will find a tech in our database that can make an on-site visit to assess and repair your problem. We have a vast network of door and hardware service tech’s available for this service.
